Shipping, Packaging & Returns
Please read these shipping, packaging and returns conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing with Moonbow Fabrics, a trading name of Kubiesa Technology Ltd, you’re agreeing to these conditions. These conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We ship by weight and size and offer a choice of Royal Mail Second Class, Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Standard International and Evri depending on the size of delivery, the value of the order and the destination.
Postage and packaging costs are calculated based on parcel weight and delivery address and can be seen in in your cart and during checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday.
If your order doesn’t arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us at email@example.com. A full refund will be offered after 30 days has passed and an order hasn’t arrived.
We ship internationally using most the appropriate courier to achieve the most competitive rates.
The customer is responsible for all customs, duty and tax charges. Note, this is typically collected during transit by the local delivery company.
Any charges incurred due to items being returned to us as a result of unpaid charges, taxes, and/or duties will be charged to the customer.
We try to cut down the use of plastic in our packaging so all of our packaging is either 100% paper, cardboard and paper tape and fully recyclable; fully bio-degradable packaging bags; or plastic recycled from our supplier packaging which can be recycled in supermarket plastic bag collection points.
All orders sent out to our customers meet the highest standards but if there is ever a need to return an order we do accept returns of the whole order for a full refund, or a partial order for a partial refund, up to 14 working days after you receive the order. Please let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to make a return so we can process the return.
We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced in price for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility then return postage will be paid by Moonbow Fabrics.
