Please read these product, price and payment conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing with Moonbow Fabrics, trading name of Kubiesa Technology Ltd, you’re agreeing to these conditions. These conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Products

Our fabric orders are hand cut and so there may be some slight imperfections in cutting. There may be some variations to the colour of your product due to differences in screen settings, photography lighting and due to differences between dyes and printing used in creating batches of fabrics

Any sharp items from our haberdashery range must be purchased by over 18s only.

Prices

Prices shown on the website are current and up to date but are subject to change. Any special offers, discounts or sales will have a clear displayed end date.

Any glitches or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered with regard to the advertised price of an order, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to the address given with the order. We will inform you of the correct price of the order, and offer options to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order.

Payment

Payment is taken via our secure website, we have no access to your payment details. We accept payment via debit or credit card or Paypal. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received and at that point orders are confirmed by an email sent to the address given on the order.

When we accept your order it brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms, any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Re-selling Our Fabric

If you re-sell or destash any of our fabrics, please include Moonbow Fabrics as the original source for the fabric, as a courtesy to us.

If you re-sell or destash any of our Moonbow Fabrics exclusive fabric designs or colourways, you must include Moonbow Fabrics as the original seller because those designs are licensed to us and licenses could be revoked if their terms of use are violated.

Moonbow Fabrics exclusive fabric designs and colourways must not be sold for a profit.

When selling or destashing any of our fabrics, please use photographs of the fabric you are selling and not images from our website or social media accounts.
