If I order 2 metres of fabric, will it come in separate pieces?

We always cut in continuous lengths, so if you order 2 metres (4 half metres in our amounts box) then you’ll get one big piece of fabric that’s 2 metres long.

Can I order samples?

Unfortunately we don’t do samples as we only hold small amounts of stock for each fabric.

Can I order more of the same fabric if I run out?

Yes, we stock a lot of fabrics that will be restocked. The availability of some fabrics will depend on what our suppliers have available and what their delivery times are. Some fabrics have limited availability depending on times of year (for example seasonal fabrics) and if the fabrics are being reprinted by the manufacturers or not.

Do you sell to customers outside the UK?

At present we are not shipping orders internationally due to EU trade laws and increased shipping costs.

What delivery method do you use for fabric?

We offer Royal Mail Second Class and Evri because we try to keep our postage costs to our customers as low as possible. Postage options available are based on the size, weight, value of an order and destination.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders made during the evening, weekend or holiday periods when we are closed, are not received until the next working day.

Postage times are added on top of that: 2-3 days for second class and 2-4 days for courier delivery, although these timescales can vary during busy periods for these carriers. Our current processing times can be found at the top of our homepage and by placing an order with us, you are agreeing to those times.

Do you combine postage?

We can combine postage if your order hasn’t already been packaged up and franked. If your parcel then falls into a heavier postage category, we’ll invoice you for the extra postage and only post out once the invoice has been paid.

I’m nearby, can I collect my fabric?

As we’re an online-only business and don’t have a physical shop we can’t offer collection at present.

Do you do Print Your Own fabric?

We have previously offered this service, but do not do regular print runs.

Do you sell wholesale?

We offer wholesale discounts on some in stock fabrics. If buying 5m or more of one fabric, a discount of 5% is offered. Or 10% for quantities of 10m or more of the same fabric.

Can I request a VAT invoice?

Yes, we’re a VAT registered company so all of our invoices are VAT invoices. VAT is included in the price shown on our website and all invoices sent out will show the amount of VAT paid.
